Phil Carluzzo is a composer, producer, and performer based around Washington DC. He works in various collaborations involving film, theater, live music, and recording. Recent work has focused on live performance, studio production of personal musical projects, and community service. He is part-owner of Ernie’s Place, a back-alley music and education venue in Capitol Hill. He is a case manager and resident musician at a treatment center employing music and art as a means to overcome addiction.
